Points-based Evaluation Criteria
1. Salary (sectorial differences salary norms benchmarking)
2. Qualification (authentic qualifications / accredited institutions)
3. Diversity (% of candidate’s nationality among the firm’s PMETs)
4. Support for Local Employment (% of local PMETs within the sector)
5. Skills Bonus (sectoral skills expertises shortage)
6. Strategic Economic Priorities Bonus (corporate having strong partnership with government economic agencies)
*Criteria for Exemptions from COMPASS (any)
1. At least S$22,500.00 fixed monthly salary
2. Oversea Intra-corporate transferee
3. Short-term role fulfilment (i.e. 1-month or less)
Duration of EP is as follows:
> First-time candidates: Up to 2 years
> Renewals: Up to 3 years
