Letter of Consent for Dependant’s Pass and ICA-issued Long Term Visit Pass holders
- A Letter of Consent allows Dependants’s Pass holders who are business owners as well as ICA-issued Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP/LTVP+ holders to work in Singapore.
- To be eligible, the applicant must:
- Be a Dependant’s Pass holder who wishes to operate a business in Singapore, or an ICA-issued LTVP/LTVP+ holder who has a job offer with a Singapore employer
- Have a Dependant’s Pass or LTVP/LTVP+ that is valid for at least three months
- Things to note:
- The Employer or appointed employment agent will need to apply for the Letter of Consent
- The Dependant’s Pass or LTVP/LTVP+ holder can only begin working after the Employer has received the Letter of Consent
- The Letter of Consent ceases to be valid when the Dependant’s Pass or LTVP/LTVP+ is cancelled/expired or the pass holder is no longer employed by the company
