| University must be recognised by the government of the respective 10 countries or regions 1. Australia 2. France 3. Germany 4. Hong Kong 5. Japan 6. Netherlands 7. New Zealand 8. Switzerland 9. United Kingdom 10. United States |
| 1) University Undergraduates – Been a resident and full-time student of the university for at least 2 months before applying for the pass 2) Graduates – Been a resident and full-time student of the university |
Benefits and Characteristics
> Pass is non-renewal
> Has a capacity of 2,000 pass holders at any one time
Duration of WHP is as follows:
> One-time Only: Up to 6 months
