For foreign students or foreign trainees from foreign offices or subsidiaries (TEP)
Qualification Criteria
1) Foreign Students
– Training attachment must be part of the course of study
– Must be studying at an acceptable institution or earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000.00
– Must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company
2) Foreign Trainees
– Fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000.00
– Must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company
Benefits and Characteristics
> Employment Agencies are not allowed to place TEP holders
> Applicants who held TEPs before are not allowed to apply for another one for the same type of training
> TEP will only be issued once and non-renewable
Duration of TEP is as follows:
> One-time Only: Up to 3 months
