Personalised Employment Pass

Pass is applied by and issued to the individual and not tied to the company/employer (able to take on employment in any sector, subject to sector-specific registration requirements)


Qualification Criteria
1) Overseas migrant professionals and existing EP holders whose last drawn fixed monthly salary overseas was as least S$22,500.00 (within 6-months before PEP application)
2) Require to earn a fixed salary of at least S$270,000.00 per calendar year to qualify for year-on-year pass validity


Benefits and Characteristics
> Need not re-apply new pass when changing jobs, only need to inform MOM
> Can be unemployed for up to 6-months in-between jobs and not required to leave Singapore during this period
> PEP will only be issued once and non-renewable
> New PEP holders can bring in their parents, spouses and children


Duration of PEP is as follows:
> One-time Only: Up to 3 years
