Qualification Criteria
1) All nationalities
2) Started or intent to start a Singapore private listed company registered with ACRA (at least 30% ownership and registered within 6-months at point of pass application); and
3) Meet any of the following innovative criteria (as an entrepreneur, innovator, or investor):
– Raised funding for a past or current business
– Is an incubatee at a government-recognised or internationally renowned incubator or accelerator
– Founded and sold a technology business or holds an intellectual property
– Has a research collaboration with an IHL or RI in Singapore
Businesses not Eligible for an EntrePass
> Coffee Shops, Hawker Centres, Food Courts;
> Bars, Night Clubs, Karaoke Lounges;
> Foot Reflexology, Massage Parlours;
> Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbal Dispensing Businesses;
> Employment Agencies;
> Geomancy Business;
Duration of EntrePass is as follows:
> First-time candidates or First Renewal: 1 year
> Renewals: Up to 2 years
